In-Dealership Fixed Operations Analysis
The Fixed Operations Analysis and Executive Assessment is an intense four (4) day in-dealership visit performed by the M5™ Performance Coach. The Assessment is targeted at improving NET PROFIT! The improvement of net profit can be accomplished by improving several areas:
